We work with women in leadership, sales and customer service who are empathetic.
The pressure of glass ceilings in a male dominated world takes a toll on them.

Our clients are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. They ready to regain their health and reclaim their confidence!

Brooke Gordon is an advocate for entrepreneurs and an Executive Coach helping women who are tired of feeling the pressure of the glass ceiling. 

She created the Best for Women as a platform to connect women in her network and share their stories and learnings about leadership, business development and managing stress. 

Brooke was trained as an engineer, is a management consultant and development banker. She is also a weightlifting enthusiast, and certified as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

Christine Aarlaht has 17 years of experience kickboxing, boxing and thai kickboxing, and is a retired automotive technician. She is passionate about working with women who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!

She's worked for over a decade in management and leadership roles, and been an entrepreneur - she understands personally what it means to be stressed.

Christine is an avid hiker, outdoors enthusiast and explorer who has climbed 3 mountains in Canada and trails all around world. She is enthusiastic about healthy cooking and gardening, and is Mom to 2 lively huskies!
